Our anesthesia technicians possess the clinical knowledge and expertise to assist the anesthesiologist, CRNA, or Registered Nurse in cardiac and non-cardiac surgical procedures.

Service Capabilities
  • Assists the anesthesiologist, CRNA, or Registered Nurse in preparing the environment and the patient for each assigned case as it relatesto anesthesia.
  • Assiststhe anesthesiologist/CRNA by providing requested/required equipment, instruments, supplies during and after surgical procedure.
  • Demonstrates competence and expertise in clinical knowledge, skill,and surgical departmental technology.
  • Maintains continuing education specific to anesthesia, ATS, IABP, laboratory machines and patient care monitors.
  • Operates point-of-care testing laboratory equipment and reports results to appropriate primary patient care provider.
  • Assists with set-up and monitoringof invasive and non-invasive physiological monitoring devices.
